Outshine is a new venture coming out on hot pans from the Innovation Labs here at Opulent. Outshine is in the process of revolutionising the way industry thinks about hiring fresh talent. We provide a platform for students and industries where student’s skill sets are assessed and matched to the industries requirements; jump starting skilled based recruitment. Outshine has been conducting campus drives in various institutes like Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Amrutvahini College of Engineering and more in Pune and Nashik. Though in our pre-launch stages, Outshine has 3000+ students on its platform with 266 industry openings; all of this in a short span of 2 months. Students irrespective of their colleges can register on our platform and give assessment tests over Verbal Ability and Communication Skills, Quantitative Aptitude, Visual and Logical Reasoning Ability and a Domain Knowledge test of their choice. These tests will be assessed and each student’s attributes will be mapped with respect to their skills. Students will be able to apply to various profiles posted by industries provided they have the required skill set.
